$529.99The whiskeys used to create the limited edition Dream Cask were matured for a minimum of 28 years in a mix of ex-Bourbon barrels, an oloroso Sherry butt and a ruby Port seasoned cask. The liquid was then married in the ruby Port cask. Bottled at 51.5% ABV, the whiskey is said to have notes of spices, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ripe plums, exotic fruits, raisins, sultanas and berries.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Notes of buttered pastry and caramelized almonds. Undertones of praline, dried cherry and floral honey.
Taste: Rich and nutty, with notes of chocolate coated hazelnut and salted caramel. Followed by fresh plums and dried fig. Orange marmalade, with hints of toasted oak.
Finish: Lingering whilst pot still spices and fruits slowly fade, leaving the tawny port seasoned oak to have the last word.

Triple distilled and initially matured in bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks before being re-casked into barrels made of naturally air-dried oak, sustainably sourced from the Taylor Family Elk Cave Farm in Kentucky for a rich American oak finish.
Nose: Notes of freshly cut cedarwood, almond, and vanilla enhanced by hints of dark berries, oak shavings, and warming charred wood, all complementing the pot still spices.
Taste: Cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove build over time, working with the oak’s rich tannins. Hints of autumnal fruit linger, combining with sweet notes of brown sugar, toffee, and vanilla.

Triple distilled, and matured first in American bourbon barrels and Spanish oloroso sherry butts, before being re-casked and aged for 10 months in virgin casks made from oak sourced from the Ozark forests of Missouri.
