We blend and proof our whiskeys in annual vintages, a unique approach that allows us to embrace the nuances of each year’s barrels, which are naturally shaped by the barrel oak, mash bill, climate, and storage environment. Rather than replicating flavor profiles – the traditional method – we craft the best, not the same, whiskey every year.

Each tree small batch is a bespoke blend of a few barrels handpicked with master blender Sean Josephs, Blending at this scale allows the distinct characteristics of each barrel to shine through, resulting in a whiskey with a depth and complexity that is more than the sum of its parts.
