.25 oz Sweet Vermouth
.25 oz Dry Vermouth
Dash aromatic bitters
Orange peel garnish
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and combine whiskey, vermouths, and bitters. Mix well then strain into cocktail glass. Add orange peel as garnish and serve.
