Our Redemption Rye (95% rye, 5% malted barley) is finished in Jamaican and Barbadian rum barrels from our friends at Plantation Rum. The unique combination of Redemption’s SPICE forward Rye and Plantation’s predominantly SWEET sugar cane notes imparted on its barrels, creates a unique balance of flavor along a wide spectrum.
