Indri Trīni Single Malt Indian Whisky
Indri Single Malt is made from the classic 6 row Indian Barley grown in Rajasthan for hundreds of years. It is manually harvested and hand-selected for malting. The malted barley is then mashed and fermented before being distilled in traditional onion head pot still. The whisky is a marriage of liquids from three different types of casks. The barrels used to go into bottling ‘infinite oak’ are never emptied. This infinity barrel bourbon is continuously growing older, while having young, soft, fruit-forward bourbon added to these barrels, infinite oak uses a variety of mash bills and styles to create a full round palette.

Aged for 18-24 months in new American Oak barrels at the highest altitude distillery in Mexico. The uniqueness of the highland and lowland agave blend, and longer aging process, transforms this tequila into a silky complex spirit with rich flavor notes of chocolate, prunes, toasted nuts, floral, and cinnamon.

INSÓLITO Blanco Tequila by Midland
Distilled at lower temps at the highest altitude in Mexico resulting in a unique, rich texture. Nuanced aromas of the highland and lowland agave have emerged after the tequila has mellowed in tanks for several months before bottling, providing notes of grapefruit, basil, mint and anise.
TASTING NOTES: Cooked agave, herbal flavors (basil, mint, anise), citrus and butter

INSÓLITO Reposado Tequila by Midland
Aged for at least 6-10 months in new American Oak barrels at the highest altitude distillery in Mexico. The Blanco flavor profile, along with the hot days and cool nights of the barrel, provides a unique complexity as well as a multitude of rich flavor notes including floral, grapefruit, cinnamon, nuts, and a hint of vanilla.
