Mother of the Century Bourbon by Jim Gaffigan
Jeannie Louise Noth Gaffigan is the mother of five children, a dog she didn’t want, and a cat she is deathly allergic to. She gave birth to each of her children at home with no drugs while her husband nervously watched. She survived a brain tumor, homeschooling during a pandemic, and over twenty years of marriage to a constantly traveling comedian who sometimes impulsively buys homes his wife may not want. Jeannie always put her children and family first.
Because of this selfless generosity, Jeannie has been proclaimed Mother of the Century. This very precious batch of bourbon is a small gesture to express my gratitude.
– Jim Gaffigan
All women are amazing. A woman can grow a baby inside their body! Then somehow a woman can deliver that baby through their body. And then by some miracle a woman can feed that baby with their body. When you think of the male contribution to life, it’s kind of embarrassing really. The guy is always like, “Well, I helped too! For like 5 seconds! Doing the thing I think about 24 hours a day.”
Dedicated to Jeannie Louise Noth Gaffigan

A perfect mix was put together; intense, hell raisin’, smokin’ hot and completely unique with lots of attitude.

“In 2018, the island’s harvest started late. It began in April, with Mount Gay’s harvest kicking off at the end of July, almost Crop Over time. This was the latest we have ever harvested, giving us only one week to harvest all the sugar cane. To meet this deadline, we had to bring in an additional harvester. The time pressure brought the team closer together, forming a real community as we worked diligently to get the job done. Thankfully, the weather was favorable, with minimal rainfall, ensuring efficient delivery.”“The 2018 harvest was particularly special for me. It was my first year as a Mount Gay employee, working at the Estate and overseeing the sugarcane production. I was thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to join the Mount Gay Team. We had three mechanical harvesters and began the harvest in Bishops Field, right opposite the aging bonds. The cooperative weather and smooth operation allowed us to quickly transport the canes to the Mill. It was a remarkable year for sugarcane, and I am proud to see the end product of our efforts.”
— Kevin Cozier, Farm Supervisor
Mount Gay Single Estate Series Rum Release_02 was created using 100% molasses from sugarcane grown at the Mount Gay Estate in St. Lucy, Barbados. The molasses used has a very high sugar content (72%).

Mount Vernon 14 Year Old Straight Rye
Whisky/Whiskey, American Whiskey, Brands, Henry M. Wright & Co., Mount Vernon, Rye Whiskey, Seagram's, AlcoholMaryland Heritage Series
American whiskey evolved regionally in the early days. In the South, corn grew plentifully leading to the creation of bourbon. In the North, farmers grew rye leading to a distinct style known as Maryland Rye Whiskey. The demand was great for this bold and spicy whiskey and by the early 1900s, there were over 50 distilleries operating in Maryland with an output that rivaled that of Kentucky. This Maryland Heritage Series pays homage to many of the great Maryland Distilleries and its storied past.

Muff Irish Potato Gin
Muff Gin is a true testament to The Muff Liquor Company’s commitment to quality and innovation. It is a handcrafted spirit that showcases the harmonious blend of traditional distilling techniques and carefully selected botanicals. The journey of Muff Gin begins with the same high quality potatoes used in our Muff Vodka production. These potatoes provide a solid foundation for the infusion of flavours that define this exceptional gin.
A blend of botanicals, including mandarin, juniper berries, citrus peel, elderflower and rosemary, is meticulously chosen to create a well-balanced and complex flavour profile. These botanicals are cold infused overnight in the potato spirit, allowing their essences to infuse and mingle.
After the infusion process, the gin is distilled, capturing the vibrant and harmonious fusion of botanic flavours. It is then carefully cut to a final ABV of 40%, ensuring the gin’s character shines through. To add an elegant touch, a hint of Champagne extract is carefully blended into the spirit, imparting a subtle effervescence and further enhancing the overall experience.

Potato Spirit, Botanicals [Juniper, Citrus Fruits Peels (Orange, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime), Mandarin, Coriander, Angelica, Fresh Rosemary, Elderflower, Orris Root Powder], Champagne Extract.

Muff Irish Potato Vodka
The distillation process of Muff Vodka begins by selected the finest potatoes. A mash is formed by mixing potatoes with water and enzymes. This mixture undergoes a steam heating process, allowing for saccharification, the conversion of starches into fermentable sugars. Following this, yeast is introduced to initiate fermentation, during which the sugars are converted into alcohol.
The fermented mash is then distilled six times to achieve a remarkable purity. This rigorous distillation process ensures that the vodka reached an ABV of over 96%. To achieve the desired final ABV of 40%, the spirit is cut with pure water before undergoing a meticulous filtration process.
The result is a premium vodka that boasts a clean and crisp flavour profile. Muff Vodka delivers a smooth and well-balanced experience, making it an excellent choice for sipping neat or as a versatile base for cocktails.
Tasting Notes
This incredibly smooth potato vodka has a velvety mouth feel, a subtle hint of vanilla on the nose with a delicately balanced creamy and earthy taste.
Signature Serve

Muff Irish Whiskey
Muff Whiskey is a 5 part blend of Irish Malt and Grain Whiskey’s, each one bringing an individual element. These combine to give multiple layers of flavour on the nose, middle-palate and end of the tasting experience.
1. Irish triple distilled grain whiskey in a virgin cask will get a very dark colour from the heavy char toasting and give a sweet vanilla note.

3. Sherry matured triple distilled malt whiskey which gives body to the drink.
4. Double distilled Irish malt whiskey which provides a fruity-ester presence.
5. Peated triple distilled malt whiskey is again matured in ex-American bourbon casks and brings a smoky flavour and long rounded finish.
Tasting Notes
This incredibly smooth peated Irish whiskey has a vibrant mix of orange peel, cinder toffee, banana chips, and ripe nectarines and peat on the nose. Muhlenberg Kentucky Bourbon
Time brings change, just ask folks in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Muhlenberg was once known for its abundance of coal, and for the hard-working miners who spent their lives digging it out of the ground. In the earliest days, they would work countless hours in cramped tunnels, using hand tools to chip away at the seam. They would hand load carts deep in the earth, using big, stubborn mules to haul the coal up and out into the light. This little spot on the map once helped power the world, and the world may have moved on, but the spirit remains…
The bourbon in your hand is also a testament to what time can do. Distilled, aged, and bottled on a hill overlooking the little mining town of Graham, this handcrafted spirit has spent a few seasons in the dark, waiting to be hauled our and shared with the world. A lot of hard work went into the bottle you are holding, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is the Spirit of Muhlenberg.
