Oak & Eden Wheat & Honey Bourbon
Wheat & Honey begins with a remarkably smooth combination of 51% corn, 45% wheat and 4% malted barley. Once distilled, the bourbon is aged in new American Oak barrels producing a rich, deep yet sweet spirit.
Containing hundreds of naturally occurring botanicals, Oak & Eden uses a 5” American Oak spire in Wheat & Honey, which produces a rich, velvety whiskey full of caramel, butterscotch, and allspice notes.
Before placing the spire into the wheated bourbon, it is exposed to fire, technically a Medium Toast, toasting the wood to the perfect degree that will produce a finish that is deep and rich with subtle notes of candied fruit, vanilla, toffee, and caramel.
Each spire is infused with American Honey before being placed in the bottle for that naturally sweet finish.

To create this New Belgium Brewing and Four Roses Bourbon Edition of Oakspire Bourbon Barrel Ale, a custom-built, proprietary infusion method was used which pulls flavors from bourbon-steeped charred oak and marries it with a malty sweet, deep amber ale.

They were relentless opposites; one, with a bright orange coat, possessed the Highland’s gift for lightness and speed. The other, dark as smoke, possessed the Isles’ camouflaged mystique. Each fox contrasted and skillfully balanced the other.
The sweet-natured sibling stirs bright-eyed, nose keen with sweet chilli, smooth-textured, the taste lightly citrus-sweet. Maritime aromas offer contrast, with crystal salt and oil, then a pinch of salt and the power of fresh-charred casks. Fresh crunchy oak spice, a deep orange sweetness and a lengthy, peppery finish combine to perfection, to tell this lush tale of light and dark.

Oban 1996 Prima & Ultima Collection 26 Year Old
Brands, Oban Distillery, Prima & Ultima Collection, Whisky/Whiskey, Scotch Whisky, Single Malt Scotch, AlcoholThe very last 1996 Oban is highly unusual yet delicious with a firmer backbone than is usual for this distillery. Rarely seen at Oban, the refill European oak delivers a distinctively dry maritime slant to both aroma and taste and hosts a lively peppery spiciness. A first appearance for Oban to Prima & Ultima, this bottling comes at a time when the distillery had won the highly competitive Managers Dram competition a record three times.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Deep amber with copper lights. Excellent beading. Good legs.
Body: Medium.
Nose: Mellow and quite drying, with light prickle. The first impression is faintly medicinal and mossy, with just a faint hint of grapefruit, becoming lightly oily; beneath this is a sweet suggestion of toffee and a faint hint of fragrant smoke (a Clynelish aficionado hunting for a note of snuffed candle may think this an echo of it). All of this is comparatively shy and closed. A little water increases the hint of toffee and introduces a balsa wood note.
Palate: Smoothly oily, the texture is lightly waxy and tooth- coating. The taste is surprisingly sweet to start and apple- fruity at first, then quickly very drying and soon, chilli- pepper spicy. A toffee apple with burnt edges comes to mind. A little water helps bring up the sweetness and reduce the spiciness.
Finish: A good length, with a spicy kick and a mouth-cooling aftertaste which at the same time has warming Szechuan pepper-spice. Sweeter with a drop of water and now salty; the spice is reduced.

Obtainium Beer Barrel Bourbon has been aged for 6 years and finished in used oak beer barrels.
OBTAINIUM is exactly what the name implies. We “obtain” barrels from distilleries all over the world. Including the US, Europe, Canada, and The Caribbean. We source these spirits of varying types, light whiskey, rye, bourbon, etc. to create our own blends and products. These products are bottled at either barrel strength or blended to create our signature flavors. That being said, all of our creations, whether it’s a single barrel bottling or one of our blended products, will be unique either to that particular barrel or batch. No two will ever be “exactly” the same. We strive to ensure flavor consistency throughout every batch of our blends to give our fans confidence and the comfort of familiarity. Oceanside Odysea High Rye Florida Bourbon
This Bourbons Mash Bill of 60% Corn, 36% Rye and, 4% Malted Barley is incredibly floral and somewhat fruity with the classic Rye baking spice; the results are a smooth High Rye Bourbon that stands out with the corn sweetness.
On the palate light oak, a berry fruit sweetness along with vanilla. The finish is long and smooth with a refreshing spice from midwestern Rye.
