Orphan Barrel Castle’s Curse 14 Year Old Single Malt Scotch
Founded in 1817, the Teaninich Distillery has established itself as a leader in whisky distilling and cutting-edge technology. Located in the Northern Highlands of Scotland, overlooking the shores of the Cromarty Firth, the land is well-known for its aquatic wildlife and beautiful sceneries. This 14-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is from selected casks, matured in European oak. With a unique balance of age and flavor, boasts a nose with pleasurable aromas of tangerine, poached pear, sweet confectionery, and dried herbs, while its poetic texture alludes to vanilla, red apple, and mint.

Orphan Barrel Copper Tongue 16 Year Old
Copper Tongue hails from the historic Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma, Tennessee. The distillery is nestled in a valley with a spring-fed creek in an area known for its population of copperhead snakes. Cascade Hollow’s single-story rickhouses, which draw inspiration from traditional Scottish barrel storage, are rather unique in the United States and help impart a special character to the aging whiskeys.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Fresh tangerine zest to kick things off. A whiff of green tomatoes in a greenhouse. All rounded off with a hint of heather honey.
Palate: Hugely warming! A massive hit of heat, black pepper, and chili. Plum jam then threatens to cool things down, followed by homemade orange marmalade.
Finish: The peppery spice comes back and tickles the palate for what seems like eternity, with hints of the marmalade making a return.
Conclusion: Brave, powerful and lively. Each sip is different from the last, taking you on a journey of flavor exploration. A real armchair dram.

Paladin Glen Keith Distillery 27 Year Old Cognac Cask Finished Scotch
Nose: Warm apple crumble fills your nostrils, Fresh, crisp Granny Smith apples. Coconut shavings. The nose finishes with an unusually specific note of pickled onion Monster Munch.
Palate: A very simple sipper, breakfast whisky. Light and delicate with touches of tart apple and fresh fruit juice.
Finish: A medium-long finish. Super delicate, taking time to show its true colors.
Conclusion: A superb example of Single Malt Speyside Scotch Whisky. This dram is one you want to spend time with.
