Tasting Notes
This beautifully aged 4 year old 95% Rye whiskey has a golden sunshine appearance and color with a bold, yet pleasant rye spice and floral nose.
The taste is a unique and well-balanced combination of flavors, including honey, spice, anise and ginger, with hints of orange peel and mint. The finish leaves a lingering essence of caramel, cinnamon, vanilla and eucalyptus.

Rare Stash Bourbon #2 by Dustin Poirier is an artful blend of 8.5 year old and 7.5 year straight bourbon whiskies from Tennessee and Indiana. The 8.5 YO is aged in Char #4 white oak barrels, while the 7.5 YO rested in Char #3 white oak barrels. The mash bill on both is 75/21/4. We have bottled Rare Stash Bourbon #2 at 91 proof which magnifies the incredible natural flavors, making the taste and finish the perfect array of extended flavors and soothing heat that makes every sip truly enjoyable.
Tasting Notes
The nose is rich and slightly sweet with hints of vanilla, oak and caramel.
