This is a small-batch straight wheat whiskey aged in a charred new American oak barrel for over 2 years. The sweetness of the wheat is perfectly balanced by the vanilla and oak characteristics from the barrel. The star of this spirit – wheat- is planted in the Midwest each fall and left in the dormant field all winter. As snow melts, it graces the fields with a bright green haze in early spring and yields the first harvest of each year. -a true winter’s legacy, preserved in every bottle.

$109.99This expression is classic Linkwood, which is known for its light, citrusy profile and clean, elegant finish. We found more exotic fruits, like yuzu, on the nose and honey and vanilla on the palate, finishing with soft ginger and nutmeg spices. Only 249 bottles were made from this cask.

Silky tannins make for a beautiful textured finish.

Bold and inspired, this American Single Malt is a celebration of the American West and its intrepid past.
The spirit is aged for 5 years in California wine barrels under Arizona heat before hand-selected barrels are blended and finished in aged Cognac casks.
The result is a whiskey layered with notes of ripe red fruit, honey, and spiced oats.
