$2,199.99Bowmore 37 Year Old Fenghuang Edition pays homage to mythological creature Fenghuang, a symbol of virtue and grace. The Fenghuang Edition is made from whisky matured in second-fill Sherry casks for more than 30 years, followed by an additional three years in seasoned first-fill Sherry casks.
Bottled at cask strength 52.1%, the single malt celebrates Bowmore’s rich fruit and smoke house style. On the nose, the whisky has notes of scented wood, tropical fruit, aged leather, toffee apple and warm spice. While the palate offers a balance of dried fruits, roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate merged with nutty and perfume notes, leading to a floral, peppery and oak spiced finish. -

Breathe In: Sweet and fruity notes of heather honey, vanilla, cherries, and lychees with a floral character and a hint of eucalyptus. Oak spices, licorice and fresh tobacco leaves with a touch of aniseed and mint.
Taste: Malty spice notes of vanilla fudge, golden syrup, and butterscotch, with thyme and white pepper, woody notes of dry oak, hazelnut, demerara sugar, and maple syrup and dates.

Starting with an original mash bill of white sweet corn, triticale, and distillers malt, the whiskey is double pot distilled. Two retain maximum flavor the bourbon is not chill-filtered and we never use coloring or other additives.
