Courvoisier Mizunara Cognac
Made using Grand Champagne, considered to be the most prestigious cru from the Cognac region, Courvoisier Mizunara begins its journey aging in French oak barrels and is then transferred to one of House of Suntory’s award-winning Mizunara casks made of superior Japanese Mizunara wood for a second maturation resulting in an exceptionally harmonious and aromatic cognac.
An innovative collaboration of two legendary makers, Courvoisier Mizunara was created in unison between Courvoisier’s Sixth Chief Blender Patrice Pinet and Fifth-Generation Chief Blender of the House of Suntory, Shinji Fukuyo. Drawing on their collective expertise, Pinet and Fukuyo discovered commonalities in the process of precise oak selection and aging in both cognac and Japanese whisky to create Courvoisier Mizunara.

Coyote Ugly Straight Bourbon
Whenever I’m at the bar and ask a Coyote bartender for a drink, there is never the question “Of what?”
They always know I mean bourbon.
It was Bourbon before my bartending days. Even before the first Coyote Ugly Saloon opened 28 years ago in New York City.
After months of zoom calls; my team finally asked, “Why don’t we take this time to create our own bourbon brand?” (While simultaneously pretending NOT to have bourbon in our coffee mugs)
And with that, Coyote Ugly Bourbon was born! A creation for our family we’re proud to share with yours.
Aged in charred oak barrels and crafted to smooth perfection with notes of honey.
Yeah. Delicious. Cheers.

Crab Trapper Green Crab Flavored Whiskey
Crab Trapper is made with a bourbon base steeped with a custom crab, corn and spice blend mixture, best likened to a Low Country Boil. The crab is present lightly on the nose, accompanied by coriander and bay to smooth out any high notes. The body carries hints of the maple and vanilla oak notes lent from the full-bodied base. The spirit finishes with heavier notes of clove, cinnamon, and allspice, leaving a light, pleasant spice on the palate.

Cragganmore 1973 Prima & Ultima Third Release
Brands, Craigellachie, Prima & Ultima Collection, Whisky/Whiskey, Scotch Whisky, Single Malt Scotch, AlcoholWith complex aromas that include almond oil, this Cragganmore 1973 comes from the oldest casks we have, filled soon after the coal-heated stills turned to steam. This milestone in distilling gave birth to a new age in which craft and vision could walk hand in hand.
Selected by Dr Craig Wilson, Cragganmore 1973 is one of eight carefully curated whiskies in the third instalment of the Prima & Ultima series. A pathfinder for the smooth whiskies of the modern-day, the nose is more complex than usual with a palate that is sweet but pleasantly tart.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Clear rich amber, polished mahogany. No beading. Long legs.
Body: Medium to full.
Nose: A very mellow nose with just a little prickle to start, which soon disappears. In the rich top notes the immediate impression is almost sherry-like, soon becoming sweeter, with almond oil or almond cake. Also lightly fruity, with tropical fruits; papaya, ripe mango, plantain banana, and apricot. Finally, there are some fragrant floral notes, the base reminiscent of a sandalwood cigar wrapper.
Palate: A creamy, even lightly oily texture and a sweet taste, which soon becomes pleasantly tart, with a hint of caramelised orange, then oaky-dry with light tannins.
Finish: Quite long, with a gentle, spicy warmth, and finishing dry, with vanilla fudge lingering in the long aftertaste.
