EX-PAUILLAC + ST. JULIEN
Building on the Scottish barley distilled spirit of the .1 edition, this alluring single malt has spent time in ex-American oak casks and ex-red wine casks from the finest wine-making regions in France. Expect round, rich, dried fruit notes.

ISLAY BARLEY
Distilled from barley grown on Octomore farm itself, this single vintage, single estate, single malt is 5 years old, and matured exclusively in ex-American oak casks. Expect maritime citrus, burnt heather, toffee and malt sugar.

On the palate; peach, ripe pineapple and mango, dried apricot and peach notes are beautifully weighed against the smoke and oak. The extra age and combination of casks bring a level of maturity to this calmer, deeper expression.
