A Family Legacy
Elizabeth’s mother also worked in the spirits industry, but it was her father who first introduced her to whiskey.
“I brought my Dad to the distillery and put him to work, and it was such a special experience,” said McCall. “We had a wonderful time creating these unique bourbons that others can now share with their fathers.”
Tim O’Neill, who is retired, shared his excitement: “I’ve always been a bourbon drinker. I was very excited when my daughter asked me to join her.”
