ASW & The Atlanta Braves Fiddler Chin Music Bourbon
This superb spirit is a culmination of a lifetime of cheering for America’s Team. Growing up in Georgia, we savored all the Braves’ successes, from The Slide in ’92, to the ’95 World Series, to the opening of The Battery Atlanta in ’16.
Needless to say, when the Atlanta Braves approached us about opening a distillery and tasting room at The Battery Atlanta, we were beside ourselves with excitement. Opening our Battery Atlanta tasting room just in time for the 2021 season, we worked with the Braves to select a barrel of bourbon for their own private collection. From that private barrel, an idea took shape: to make their selections more widely available, as a series of releases celebrating all things Atlanta Braves.
This first release, commemorating the Braves’ unprecedented 2021 Postseason run, features high-wheat Bourbon whiskey finished on staves of Georgia oak, with maple bats from renowned haymaker Old Hickory Bat Co. in each barrel. To ensure maximum flavor, we hand-char each stave and bat before adding them to the barrels. We think you’ll agree with us that Fiddler Chin Music knocks it out of the park, bringing you a delicious Bourbon Whiskey refinished with oak and maple wood befitting of your 2021 World Championship Atlanta Braves.

Fiddler Amburana Bourbon
When we first released our Fiddler line, we envisioned a platform to experiment with all sorts of flavor profiles. Fiddler Amburana is the next expression of a long line of delicious spirits with this guiding light. Initially aged in new, charred white oak barrels, we then finished our flagship high-wheat bourbon in barrels made from Amburana wood harvested in Brazil. Amburana wood, known for its tight grain and unique flavor profile, has traditionally been used to age Brazil’s favorite spirit, Cachaca.
Breweries first started finishing beers in the wood just a few years ago, and with how well-received those beers have been, we thought a bourbon whiskey finished in Amburana Wood barrels would likewise bear fruit. We think you’ll agree the result is a delicious dram, with tropical and spicy notes, floral complexity, and exotic aromatics not typically found in our Fiddler line.
