Nikka Days Blended Whisky
Nikka Days is a subtle blend of grain and malt whiskies, meant for enjoyment at any time by those who appreciate fine whisky on a regular basis. The blend is structured by the mellow and smooth Coffey Grain Whisky and aromatic non-peated Miyagikyo malts, along with a touch of Coffey Malt Whisky and Yoichi malts to enhance the bright sweetness and rich body. The complex and delicate blend results in an extremely silky mouthfeel, with fruity and floral flavors that rise and expand, leaving behind a delightful aftertaste. Both the flavors and appearance of Nikka DAYS were designed to highlight the bright side of whisky and whisky consumption. This elegant whisky can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, in a simple highball or refreshing cocktail.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Fresh and fruity with white flowers, orange blossoms, pear, and citrus.
Palate: Light and smooth – cereals, malt, toffee, roasted nuts and vanilla.

Nikka Single Malt Miyagikyo Peated
Nikka Whisky has unveiled the first releases from the “Nikka Discovery” series: Single Malt Yoichi Non-Peated and Single Malt Miyagikyo Peated. Limited editions of The Nikka Discovery will be launched over the next three years in anticipation of Nikka Whisky’s 90th anniversary in 2024. Each year will focus on a different component of the whisky-making process that Nikka has practiced since 1934, giving an insider look at the variety of experiments within Nikka’s two distilleries.
Single Malt Miyagikyo Peated (48% ABV) is crafted solely from batches of peated malts, which offers a distinction from the “light and fruity” image of Miyagikyo. This expression showcases the combination of distinctive peaty notes and boldness, the company reports, leaving its signature estery hint in the aftertaste.

This rare version of Miyagikyo single malt is part of the “Nikka Discovery” series: an inside look at the various experiments made during the whisky-making process at Nikka.
