Fable & Folly 14 Year Old Whiskey
When our master blender discovered the last remaining stores of Orphan Barrel whiskies from years gone by, he thought it only fitting to share these whiskies with the world. He married the remaining stocks of Barterhouse, Forged Oak and various Rhetoric releases with a proprietary blend to create a masterpiece that pays homage to the original releases yet possesses a distinct profile all its own.
This 14-year-old whiskey is a unique balance of age and flavor accenting the rich, creamy character of the Orphaned bourbons with spicy notes of rye and pepper. It begins with a burst of spice and delicately warms to a creamy richness with sweet notes of syrup and fruit.

This rare and beautiful liquid pays homage to the endless fields and rich stories of Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee, where our whiskey is distilled, aged, and bottled. Integral to the Orphan Barrel name, we honor these US stars by bottling the history, craft, and expertise known only to them as leaders of American Bourbon.
This liquid greets us on the nose with notes of creamy vanilla, followed by toasted oak, baking spices, and red fruit. Our taste journey continues with smooth caramel, honey, rich vanilla, and spice, giving way to a touch of oak and a velvety finish. -

Scarlet Shade 14 Year Old Straight Rye Whiskey
Coming across a 14-year-old Rye is rare, giving our Master Blenders pause when presented with such a uniquely bold liquid. A born traveler, this whiskey was distilled in Indiana and then journeyed across state lines into Kentucky, aged to perfection at the infamous Stitzel-Weller Distillery.
A full-bodied aroma of sweet vanilla buttercream and lightly toasted oak is accented with banana bread and just a hint of berries. Upon taste, a collection of baking spices and rye toast complement a medley of orchard fruits, and finishes with sweet notes of orange marmalade and a light warmth which fades into lingering dark chocolate.
