Parker’s Heritage 10 Year Old Cask Strength Straight Rye
Whisky/Whiskey, American Whiskey, Cask Strength Whiskey, Brands, Parker's Heritage Collection, Rye Whiskey, AlcoholThe 17th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection consists of 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey bottled at barrel proof. Aged across five different rickhouses and floors, the distillate originally entered each barrel at 125 proof. As the barrels continued to experience all four seasons of Kentucky weather, the proof in each barrel began to vary, depending on each barrel’s aging location. The liquid was then expertly combined and bottled uncut and non-chill filtered in order to preserve this Rye Whiskey in its purest form.

Parker’s Heritage 11 Year Wheat Whiskey With Heavy Char
Following in the footsteps of the last two releases, the 15th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection continues to explore the interaction of the barrel char level with varying mash bills in the Heaven Hill portfolio. Consisting of only 75 barrels – each of which was charred for one minute and 30 seconds (level 5), as opposed to our traditional 40 seconds (level 3) – These heavy char barrels were filled with our wheat whiskey mash bill and aged on the 6th floor of Rickhouse Y for 11 years. At bottling, the liquid was cut to 122 proof and non-chill filtered to maintain the texture, viscosity, and depth of flavor on the palate. During the over 44 seasons spent in the barrel, the interaction of the liquid with the heavy char intensified the flavors found in our original wheat whiskey mash bill, conveying a soft and rich sweetness, filled with hints of molasses and butterscotch, which results in a truly unique whiskey experience.

Parker’s Heritage Double Barreled Blend Kentucky Straight Bourbon
Whisky/Whiskey, American Whiskey, Blended Whiskey, Bourbon, Brands, Parker's Heritage Collection, AlcoholThe 16th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection consists of 67% 13-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that has been double-barreled and then blended post aging with 33% 15-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The 13-year-old Bourbon was aged on the 5th-7th floors of Rickhouse Q and was then re-barreled in new American white oak barrels with a level 3 char for 4 weeks. Then, it was later blended with 15-year-old Bourbon aged on the 2nd and 5th floors of Rickhouse II. The double barreling of the 13-year-old Bourbon helped to bring out even more oak and spice notes from the barrel, while later bending it with older bourbon helped to create a unique, bold, and balanced flavor profile. At bottling, the liquid was uncut and non-chill filtered to preserve the complex flavors of this truly unique Bourbon.
