Introducing Batch One of Nassif Family Reserve Straight Bourbon, a masterful blend that showcases the art of bourbon crafting. This exceptional bourbon is the result of a meticulous selection of premium barrels, each contributing unique characteristics to create a harmonious and complex spirit.
Craftsmanship
Batch One includes a core blend of Maker’s mashbill bourbon from Tennessee, aged 6.5 to 7 years, providing a solid foundation of richness and depth. This is artfully combined with a touch of 6-year Iowa bourbon from Artisan Grain and a selection of rye bourbons: a 36% rye bourbon from BBC aged 6.5 years, a 7-year 36% rye bourbon from MGP, an 8-year 21% rye bourbon from MGP, and a bit of 10-year 36% rye MGP bourbon. This intricate blend results in a bourbon that is both unique and complex, with a depth of character that reflects the skill and dedication of the Nassif family.

Natterjack Irish Whiskey is a unique blend, triple distilled in true Irish spirit and carefully crafted using Irish and American techniques.
This exceptional Irish Whiskey is triple distilled with blend of 20% malted barley and 80% corn. It was blended in-barrel and aged in former bourbon barrels before finishing in virgin American oak.
Bottled at 63% straight from a char 4 virgin American oak cask, Natterjack Cask Strength is the purest expression of our whiskey. With aromas of oranges, butterscotch and hints of cloves on the nose, earthy oak on the palate, and a warming honeyed finish, this is whiskey of character and complexity.
Tasting Notes
Nose: An inviting and intriguing hint of oranges with char number 4 making a bold aromatic entrances
Taste: Smooth and slick with a punch. Orange and char coming to the fore, against a backdrop of malt, a suggestion of cloves and grounded muscovado sugar.

We admit it. We made a mistake. We left this whiskey in the barrel longer than intended. Our attention was otherwise engaged, and it got forgotten. When we unearthed it, dusty and long past its planned pouring date, we thought all was lost. That is, until we tasted it…
The extra time in the barrel did the whiskey no harm; in fact, the heavy oak finish added a depth and complexity of flavor to the liquid that we just loved. In nature, mistakes spark evolution, and we are believers in embracing mistakes. So, in true Natterjack style, we went with it. Presenting our first mistake, Natterjack (Very) Heavily Oaked Irish Whiskey.

Neeley 8 Year Old Bottled in Bond Rye
Neeley Family Distillery is a family-owned and operated venue located in the rolling hills of the Kentucky bluegrass, and a proud member of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The Neeley Family has been distilling since 1740, and bootlegging illegally in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky for eleven generations until 2015, when tenth generation family member Roy Neeley and his son, eleventh generation Royce Neeley, took the family business legal for the first time since the family went completely illegal in the late 1700s.
Roy hand built the state-of-the-art distillery himself in Sparta, Kentucky, 1/2 mile from Interstate 71, a few miles from Belterra Casino, and 200 yards from the grandstands of the Kentucky Speedway where NASCAR fans come each year to watch high speed races. Neeley Family Distillery is the only distillery in Kentucky that operates in a building that was hand built by the family. The Family Distillery focuses on quality only, limiting themselves to 3 barrels per day of production, allowing full control over their process.
Royce, who is the Master Distiller, and possibly the youngest Distillery Owner in the world, makes his spirits the historic way with old family mash recipes using only pot stills, cypress open top fermenters, long fermentation times, sweet mash, extra air seasoned barrels, only the finest local grains (some of which are grown on the family farm), the freshest Kentucky Limestone well water, and the Neeley Family yeast strand which is unique to the family, and propagated at the distillery, the old way. All of our spirits are non-chill-filtered, preserving the unique natural flavor of each one. Royce is the only Master Distiller in Kentucky that utilizes all of these Pre-Prohibition style techniques, and his true commitment to quality has allowed Neeley Family Distillery to gain global recognition, becoming the most internationally award-winning craft distillery in Kentucky.
