Cincinnati Distilling Barrel Select Bourbon
In 1794, Christian Waldschmidt, a veteran of the American Revolution and businessman, started a new community at a site on the Little Miami River in Sycamore Township, Ohio. He built a general store, a blacksmith shop, a church, Ohio’s first paper mill, and one of Cincinnati’s first distilleries. After Christian Waldschmidt passed away in 1814 he passed his legacy onto his daughter Catherine and son-in-law Mathias Kugler. They continued their father’s business and distilling legacy for decades. Today we produce only the finest whiskeys just a short distance from that original settlement. Our distillery is located in the Kugler’s historic home celebrating the Waldschmidt and Kugler’s distilling heritage and rugged pioneering spirit.

A luxurious, limited edition, signature release of the Extra Añejo expression. Only 523 bottles made, each one stands at twenty one inches tall, and is signed by Cincoro’s five founding members: Michael Jordan, Jeanie Buss, Wes Edens, Wyc Grousbeck, and Emilia Fazzalari.
The definition of the perfect spirit, our Extra Añejo is aged far longer than required for Extra Añejo tequilas. With subtle notes of wood, spices and light cooked agave on the nose, followed by intense oak, sweet agave, caramel, and light vanilla on the palate.

Cincoro Gold Tequila
This rare tequila blends Cincoro Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, and a generous proportion of Extra Añejo, which is barrel aged for more than 40 months. The result is an intense flavor experience, with notes of sweet honey, toasted oak, vanilla, and dried fruits. The Cincoro Gold experience is reminiscent of a finely aged scotch or cognac. Cincoro Gold joins only a handful of 100% de Agave Gold tequilas.
The creation of all Cincoro expressions begins with the harvesting of agave plants, at least seven years of age, from the most rugged terrain in both the highland and lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico. These stressed plants deliver the biggest flavor. The agave is then slow cooked and fermented for six days to retain and create the unique, rich Cincoro flavors. The distilling process is also consistent for all Cincoro expressions. All the brand’s tequilas begin as Cincoro Blanco and are then aged in American whiskey barrels.
