Clase Azul Tequila Día de Muertos Sabores
The Sabores Limited Edition is Clase Azul’s first Single Estate Agave Tequila — an incredibly rare practice where the agave used is exclusively harvested from a single field. All the Blue Weber Agave used for this tequila was sourced from a specific mountaintop in Los Altos de Jalisco: Cerro de Viboreo.
The aroma and flavor profiles were inspired by typical recipes prepared for this celebration like hot chocolate and Arroz con Leche, a rice pudding seasoned with cinnamon – and often vanilla and coconut.
“Through flavor you can evoke memories,” explains Clase Azul master distiller, Viridiana Tinoco. “The goal was to recreate the essence of this holiday’s gastronomy in an añejo tequila so that anyone, anywhere could experience it.” 1L bottle

Cleveland Underground Bourbon Finished in Honey Barrels
We partnered with a local urban honey producer whose motto is ‘it’s all about the flavor” and we agree. Flavor Rules! That partnership kicked off a flavor journey that started with Honey aging in a freshly emptied barrel yielding bourbon barrel-aged Honey. Then we refilled that barrel with our bourbon to get quite literally our own take on a Honey Barrel.
The honey barrel is something out of old-bourbon lore. It is the quintessential ideal bourbon barrel. We present this bourbon non-chill filtered and bottled uncut to preserve as much of the natural honey and bourbon character as possible.

Cleveland Underground Uncommon Barrel Bourbon Finished in Black Cherry Wood
Using carefully selected “transformative woods”, our spirits are finished with an advanced pressure and oxygenation process which adds a series of flavors and aromas never before experienced in traditional whiskies.
Unlike passive barrel-aged expressions, these radically different unique wood combinations and pressure extractions are considered controversial and even sacrilegious to some. If we are branded as heretics, we passionately embrace the label. No excuses.
Our bourbon is naturally colored and flavored with sustainable black cherry wood, there are no artificial flavors or colors added. Full proof, full flavor, and non-chill filtered.

Clyde May’s Cask Strength 13 Year Old
There’s some things you learn in school, and some things you just gotta find out on your own. Clyde May figured a lot out on his own, including how to keep his Bourbon Barrels hidden from the law. The Alabama born-and-bred Moonshiner liked to use big ol’ piles of sawdust, collected from his lumber-making pals, to bury his prized barrels until they were ready to tap.
Kind of a happy accident then, that piling sawdust on them actually helped the maturation process. The booze stayed hidden, and got a little more toasty and flavorful along the way. When we set out to make a Limited Edition, Cask Strength Bourbon, it was those old dust covered barrels we wanted to evoke. The good stuff-the stuff old Clyde would tuck away for much later. We Didn’t have to hide it in sawdust this time, but we’re pretty sure he’d be happy with the result. -
