Glenns Creek R.W. Robinson’s Legacy Infinity Whiskey
I first met R.W. Robinson (he introduced himself as Bob) in 2014 at the old distillery. When he told me he had been the former Superintendent I was excited to be able to ask questions of someone who actually worked here. At the end of our conversation, I thought it was a great experience, and that I would not see Bob again. Thankfully, I was wrong, and Bob comes to visit us on a regular basis.
It has been a privilege to learn from Bob’s 40 years of experience in the world of bourbon. Things in the industry have changed since Bob’s tenure. Bourbon has enjoyed a resurgence and we owe a debt of gratitude to R.W. Robinson and his legacy will continue.

Gold Spot Generations Edition 13 Year Old Irish Whiskey
Celebrating the 7 generations of two wine families coming together to bring a splash of colour to the world of whiskey. A Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks that have been finished for 16 months in French Oak, Recioto de Valpolicella Italian organic wine casks.
NOSE: Red apples and darkly fleshly fruits at first, accompanied by fragrant blossom notes with sweet and woody undertones. Spices of clove and light dustings of nutmeg along with subtle hints of almond slowly come to the fore, complimenting the fruits.
TASTE: Luscious and sweet with generous servings of red berry compote, toffee apple and raisin. The wine seasoned casks and oak continue to impart delicate tannins, working in tandem with the pot still spices and fruits, while the sweetness adds further intricate flavours, balancing this wonderfully intriguing whiskey.
FINISH: Lingering finish which sees the oak slowly fading, allowing the sweet wine and pot spices to have the last word.

At its peak of production, the distillery produced upwards of 13,000 gallons of spirits daily and was responsible for generating more than 90% of the state’s tax revenue until the onset of prohibition.
Finally, after a 100-year absence, Golden Sheaf was reborn in 2020. Batch No. 2 of our “Finished Blended Series” is an exquisite double-barreled 8-year-old, 4-grain expression finished in a Maple Syrup Cask. Crafted with a team of collaborative partners from “Bottles & Barrels,” “COPA CABANA COCKTAIL & CIGARS,” “CORNHUSKER BOTTLE SHOP,“ “OLDEVINEWINE & SPIRITS,” “PROOF WHISKEY BAR & CRAFT COCKTAILS,” “THE RACK WINE & SPIRITS” and “WINE, BEER & SPIRITS.” This unique team, skilled with the finest pallets as well as industry premium spirits knowledge and experience, selected and blended a blend of 3 unique whiskies from Kentucky (9-year-old), Louisiana (8-year-old) and Indiana (6-year-old). The 62% Corn, 20% Wheat, 10% Rye, 8% Barley Mash Bill blend was finished in a former Maple Syrup Cask for an additional 4 months then bottled at cask strength at 114 proof (57% ABV). Golden Wedding Rye Whiskey
Trademarks for Golden Wedding dare all the way back to 1869. During Prohibition, Schenley Distilling Corporation purchased the Joseph S. Finch Distillery, along with the Golden Wedding Brand. The brands bottling was split between Schenley’s Pennsylvania distillery and the George T. Stagg Distillery. In the late 1940s, the brand was moved to Schenley’s distillery in Canada and would become a Canadian whiskey before it ceased to exist on the late 20th century.

Our small-batch bourbon is made from a blend of 70% corn mash, with 20% rye, 5% wheat, and 5% barley. Distilled and aged in handpicked and charred, toasted oak barrels, the blend is ultimately cut with the pursuits Shenandoah valley, Blue Ridge Limestone water and bottled at 80 proof.
Ultra smooth for drinking neat, on-the-rocks, or as the start ingredient of a good fucking Manhattan.
